The rooftop pool offered stunning views, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day out. The hotel’s design skillfully merges urban vibes with a relaxed atmosphere, creating a soothing environment for guests.
Noise levels consistently disrupted sleep. Thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms, including conversations and TV, to penetrate easily. Street noise was a particular nuisance with frequent loud sounds from nearby light rail and revelers outside. The shades in the room struggled to block out the morning light, waking us up earlier than ideal. Additionally, unexpected charges on my final invoice added frustration to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, while my room was nicely appointed, the volume of disturbances definitely impacted my comfort.

will be back
The rooftop pool offered stunning city views while lounging on sun loungers. My room had a balcony, flat-screen TV, microwave, free toiletries, and a sofa bed. The fitness center was well-equipped with fitness classes available. Housekeeping maintained high standards, and the dining options were diverse, making it a pleasant experience overall.

perfectly situated for city adventures and park strolls
My stay was a dream come true, with easy walks to Horton Plaza Park just around the corner and delightful dining options like House of Blues literally a few steps away. the staff were not only friendly but genuinely invested in making my experience memorable, treating me like a queen throughout my visit. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the cleanliness of my Essential King Room and the welcoming vibe of this pet-friendly hotel. but the persistent buzzing noise outside my window did disrupt my sleep a bit.

A beautiful stay but noisy nights
We were delighted by the rooftop pool with stunning city views. Each evening, we enjoyed complimentary wine and friendly chatter with fellow guests—making us feel right at home.
However, the noise from the street was relentless, making sleep difficult. The bathroom door design lacked privacy, which was uncomfortable—definitely a let-down for such a chic hotel.
